The stones: 

Amazonite: The “hope” stone,  Amazonite  is a beautiful manifestation tool. It gives you the wisdom to recognize compassion by energizing and supporting the heart chakra. This powerful stone gently infuses the spirit with your truest intentions. Life may seem overwhelming and bewildering at times, but the Amazonite brings order to chaos with its pure light overflowing with love and hope. 

Black Tourmaline: A powerful grounding stone,  providing a connection between Earth and the human spirit. Its supportive energy aligns the energy centers of the body and channels healing light throughout the system. It promotes a sense of power and self-confidence, allowing for a clearer, more objective view of the world.

Amethyst:  Thought of mostly as a protective stone. linked to the crown chakra, it is helpful in purifying the mind and clearing it of negative thoughts. This includes the negativity of stress and anxiety, which is why many meditate with amethyst so as to rid themselves of that darkness. 

Green Kyanite: Working primarily through the Heart Chakra, Green Kyanite can facilitate one’s connection with their deepest truth found only within the heart, and helps one to learn how to live from this eternal truth.
