SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

During holidays, sales, new releases, disasters, pandemics and times of high volume sales these dates may change but we will keep you updated by email and update our website to reflect that orders may take longer to ship during these times.
Most orders ship by USPS or UPS. We occasionally use Fed Ex or another service as well.
You will receive your first confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed soon after purchase. You will receive a second confirmation with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped (5–7 business days). Pleasure understand we are a very small business and it takes about 7-10 days to receive your order. We will keep you posted every step of the way!
Please check the address and phone number you have entered before completing your purchase. If you enter an incorrect address Practical Magick may not be able to reship your order free of cost to you. Practical Magick reserves the right to reship your order at full cost to you including shipping but we often offer a courtesy discount on your order when this occurs. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address please let us know immediately. If your order ships by UPS or USPS we may be able to reroute your package but this service is not guaranteed to be available in all cases.
USPS may be able to reroute a package. USPS Package Intercept® lets you redirect a domestic shipment that hasn’t been delivered or released for delivery. You can also stop mail and packages at a Post Office™ as a Hold For Pickup and request to have them redirected as Priority Mail® back to your address. This is service is not guaranteed to be available in all cases.
UPS may be able to reroute a package. With UPS Delivery Intercept, you can maintain control of your packages as they move through the UPS network. This fee-based service for shippers allows you to request the intercept of packages prior to delivery, providing greater flexibility in managing your shipping needs. When you select UPS Delivery Intercept, you can request that UPS perform one of the following actions: Return to Sender: Return the package to the shipper, Deliver to Another Address: Reroute the package to a new address, Reschedule Delivery: Hold the package for delivery on a future date, Will Call: Hold the package for pickup by the consignee.
Please note that any address changes made after shipment will result in a minimum additional $15 redirection fee to change your address and reroute your package with the shipping carriers if there is time to do so.
*For International shipping, we will send a shipping quote after your purchase and if you agree, Practical Magick will invoice you for the total of your shipping costs and prepare your order for shipping. If you prefer to receive a complete total before purchase, please email us at email@example.com with your order or use our contact form and we will send an invoice for your order including shipping to your International destination.

After you receive your order from Practical Magick you have 15 days to complete a return of unopen and unused items or products that are the wrong product, arrive damaged, or is different than pictured or described on the site. Seals must be intact when applicable but you MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization within 10 days, leaving 5 days to ship the item back to us. If you have an item in original, sealed and unused condition you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges within 15 days of purchase. If you do not contact us within 10 days to request request a return merchandise authorization the above does not apply. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the invoice you received or the order number from your order confirmation sent to you by Practical Magick.
*There are certain situations where partial and full refunds may be granted. If you feel your return has special circumstances and you would like to discuss, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days your bank takes to make the funds available to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com so we can investigate and assist you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but with approval may be returned for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, our exchange policy does not cover buyers remorse. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return merchandise authorization and return shipping information.
To return your product, you should email email@example.com and a return merchandise authorization with return shipping information will be sent to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item and there was no tracking to show it reached us a refund cannot be issued.
